Annual Witches Ball & Samhain Celebration

Come Join us for an evening of fun

Event Details: CEREMONY & RITUAL
Our ritual will begin at 8:00 p.m. Bring someone who has passed from life, human or animal, held within your heart. A costume or ritual garb is appreciated. There will be a witches/wizards hat contest. So whether it's something you make yourself, or buy and embellish, come and show off your witchy chapeau at the ball! Prizes are to be announced.

The evening will consist of a potluck feast before the ritual. So, bring a potluck dish, and a non-alcoholic beverage or 2. Since this is one of 8 pagan holidays of the year, it is always nice to have home-made food brought. We realize that this is not always possible. Also please bring your own cup and place setting so that we may reduce the amount of trash generated.

HELP NEEDED
On Saturday, October 24th we will need any and all help for: set-up before hand and for clean up afterwards; and the setting up of altars. We have a limited time for set-up ~ between 5 and 7. So, if you can help let us know by contacting one of the board members, or Lilith, the event coordinator at: event_co@sonic.net.

The altars that are needed are: Remembrance, Ancestors, Altar to Hecate (or whom ever the person creating the alter chooses) , a Harvest Altar, and an Altar to New Life approaching the Veil. If you have items for an altar that you would like to set-up, please let us know by contacting one of the board members, or Lilith, the event coordinator at: event_co@sonic.net.

This is our annual Witches Ball! It is the time of year where the Pagan Community and the Magick City Community mixes and mingles in Costume! The J Clyde restaurant will have menu and drink specials for us! There will be music, a costume contest and Frolicking fun!

Last year, we had a record breaking crowd and this year we know that it will be bigger. We are going to accommodate the crowd with a block party right in front of the restaurant, inside and outside on the patio. New bathrooms are being installed or Porta-potties will be in place.

Our community is growing by leaps and bounds and we are really excited to host this event in addition to two fundraisers up and coming:
