Teri Whittlinger was born in Portland Oregon and began writing at the age of 16. She was inspired by the works of Steven king, Nora Roberts, Judith McNaught, and other writers of graphic romance. She completed her first novel in 1997 and is working on her third. She has been studying the metaphysical since she was fourteen years of age and has been growing in her spiritual path everyday since. Teri is a spiritual leader of her path since 1998 and believes in independent growth of her students with minimal guidance. She has privately studied under the teachings of Oberon Zell Ravenheart, Buckland, and Cunningham as well as many others. She holds a Certificate in Advanced Hypnotherapy techniques that she received in August of 2008 and became an ordained Reverend in The Universal Life church in February of 2008.
